The purposes of the Maryland Business Education Association:
  1. To promote and improve business education.
  2. To foster professional spirit and group consciousness among business teachers.
  3. To cooperate with local, state, sectional and national agencies in the filed of business education.
  4. To interpret business education, its values and requirements, to school administrators, to counselors, to boards of education, to business persons and to the public.
